  • Bachelor's degree in a a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, Large Language Model (LLM) release cycles and timeline management.
  • Experience in KPIs for AI products.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Knowledge of KPIs for AI products.
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into strategy.
  • Ability to interpret deep technical specifications and apply rigorous program management.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
