Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead for Workspace to drive Generative AI initiatives across a large engineering organization. You will guide a team of Technical Program Managers and shape strategy for 200+ software engineers while aligning cross-functional partners across Product, AI, and infrastructure groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience in building AI features or AI platforms.
• Experience designing organizational processes, business planning cycles, or governance frameworks for engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish, scale, and optimize organizational frameworks and processes.
• Lead cross-functional annual planning cycles and milestone tracking.
• Grow the team\'s technical program management skills and expertise.
• Drive tracking mechanisms for organizational health metrics and headcount.
• Synthesize roadmaps into clear communications for senior leadership.
