United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee cross-functional programs within their infrastructure and data platform teams in San Francisco. You will own the roadmap, set priorities, and be the voice of the customer, ensuring teams meet their technical objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, a strong engineering background, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or a TPM/PM hybrid role.
• A background in software, data, or systems engineering.
• Strong track record leading cross‑functional programs with dependencies.
• Hands-on familiarity with data platform and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Run infrastructure programs end to end, from kickoff through delivery.
• Drive data platform migration, coordinating across teams.
• Define success metrics and adoption goals.
• Build feedback loops with customer teams for improvements.
