Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating technical programs or projects, with hardware or software development exposure.
• Foundational understanding of hardware development processes, including hardware/software interaction and embedded systems.
• Interest in or exposure to autonomy and AI-enabled products (drones/robotics) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace agile/iterative development concepts.
• Ability to define and track system requirements across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end development of hardware products from concept through mass production under guidance of senior program managers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Hardware, Software, Firmware, and Test teams to ensure clear communication.
• Organize and track system requirements for clarity and traceability across disciplines.
• Engage with external stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic customers to build alignment.
• Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain functions to optimize material flow and timely delivery.
• Contribute to program execution in a fast-paced environment using agile practices.
• Utilize program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) to track progress and manage issues.
• Identify and help mitigate technical and program risks with contingency planning.
