Job summary

Amazon is hiring for an Amazon Stores Agent role focused on scaling conversational store actions across Echo devices. You will lead multi-step tasks from Registries to Returns via natural conversations and hands-free orchestration.

You will own large horizontal programs, define success criteria, and drive metrics and standards to ensure durable delivery across teams, devices, and geographies. This role demands executive-level communication and strong architectural judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Amazon Stores Agent on Alexa+ devices across Registries, Payments, Subscribe & Save, Addresses, Orders, and Returns.
• Define and lead a portfolio of large programs spanning Alexa Shopping and orgs.
• Create metrics, standards, and governance to measure program health and drive executive alignment.
