Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Principal TPM to lead the program strategy for third-party experiences on Alexa+. You will shape how customers interact with external services via AI agents and drive product-market fit across consumer verticals.

You will collaborate with Alexa domains, agentic platforms, developer tooling, and BD to deliver scalable 3P integrations while upholding top-notch customer and developer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program roadmap for 3P agentic experiences from design to release.
• Coordinate across Alexa domain teams, agentic platform teams, tooling, discovery, and CX teams to drive delivery.
• Drive technical requirements, design trade-offs, and release planning across distributed engineering teams.
• Enable leadership decision-making with clear communication, crisp status reporting, and proactive risk management.
• Hold a high bar for customer experience quality and developer experience across partner integrations.
• Partner with BD and Solutions Architects to unblock partner workstreams.
• Establish scalable onboarding and certifying processes for third-party integrations.
