Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs across Product, UX, Engineering, and Science to deliver AI-powered personalization at scale
• Own program planning and execution for platform API infrastructure, unifying fragmented systems into domain-modeled interfaces
• Coordinate delivery of agentic and AI-native experiences that transform how advertisers discover insights and take action
• Manage migration and unification programs spanning multiple engineering teams, tracking blockers, aligning stakeholders
• Drive security and access management programs governing advertiser account interactions across types and provisioning systems
• Establish mechanisms to measure and improve team delivery velocity, including code review throughput and onboarding timelines
• Align cross-organizational stakeholders on technical trade-offs, write strategic documents, and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify systemic operational risks and drive them to resolution before escalations
