Job summary

Amazon Ads GPS team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive AI-powered personalization programs for sellers, vendors, and advertisers. You will shape the GPS API platform, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure secure, scalable experiences in the Ads console.

The role focuses on unifying systems, enabling agentic interactions, and delivering high-velocity software programs with broad impact across AWS and Amazon Ads partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs across Product, UX, Engineering, and Science to deliver AI-powered personalization for advertisers at scale.
• Own planning and execution for platform API infrastructure, consolidating systems into unified interfaces.
• Coordinate delivery of agentic and AI-native experiences within the advertising console.
• Manage migration and unification programs across multiple engineering teams and dependencies.
• Drive security and access management for advertiser accounts across multiple types and provisioning systems.
• Establish measures to improve delivery velocity, including code review throughput and launch cadence.
