Qualifications

• 8-10 years of demonstrable technical program management experience leading large-scale software, cloud security, AI platforms, or firewall engineering programs.
• Deep technical understanding of AI Security, Cloud‑Delivered Security Services, Next‑Gen Firewalls, and distributed security architectures.
• Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of multiple highly complex engineering programs from inception through release.
• Influence peers across teams and organizations to solve cross-functional and cross-product challenges, and present strategic process decisions to executive leadership.
• Influence technical design and decision‑making for multiple programs by understanding underlying business use cases and system details.
• Act as a 'Systems Thinker' to drive process change across the NetSec organization, defining planning processes and implementing KPIs.
• Lead AI adoption and mentor TPM teams on AI workflows and productivity metrics.
