Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Senior TPM - Network to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic network programs across data centers, campuses, and global connectivity. The role combines strong network technical understanding with program leadership to drive deployments through production readiness and handoff.

The candidate will coordinate with Network Engineering, Security, Systems, Cloud, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years in technical program management or network delivery.
• Strong data center and campus networking knowledge (LAN/WAN).
• Experience with AI/GPU networking preferred.
• PMP/PgMP or related certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for data center, campus, wired/wireless, WAN, VPN, and global network connectivity.
• Drive deployment, migration, modernization, and new-building projects through readiness, cutover, and handoff.
• Manage AI networking deployment programs supporting GPU infrastructure and high-speed connectivity.
• Lead network security rollout programs with firewalls, segmentation, VPN/remote access, in partnership with cybersecurity teams.
• Track program KPIs, risks, and delivery outcomes; provide concise status reports to executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Network Engineering, Operations, Security, Systems, Cloud, Data Center, Facilities, vendors) to deliver programs on schedule.
