Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New York is seeking a Sr TPM to lead delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations, shaping our engineering roadmap within the Conversational Ad Experiences team.

You will collaborate with partners across engineering, product, finance, and BI, translate strategy into requirements, and drive risk assessments and delivery urgency to achieve our ambitious AI-driven advertising goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

This position will be part of the Conversational Ad Experiences team within the Amazon Advertising organization. Our cross-functional team focuses on designing, developing and launching innovative ad experiences delivered to shoppers in conversational contexts. We utilize leading-edge engineering and science technologies in generative AI to help shoppers discover new products and brands through intuitive, conversational, multi-turn interfaces. We also empower advertisers to reach shoppers, using their own voice to explain and demonstrate how their products meet shoppers' needs. We collaborate with various teams across multiple Amazon organizations to push the boundary of what's possible in these fields. As a Sr TPM you will collaborate with partners across numerous domains including engineering, product, finance, business intelligence, and more. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, while working across teams within the greater Sponsored Products organization. You will not only help us deliver on our goals, but will also help shape our engineering vision and roadmap through active collaboration with our leadership team. Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
