Job summary

Google LLC in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead AI and Data Infrastructure initiatives for Google Ads. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and UX to plan requirements, manage risks, and drive multi-disciplinary programs from initiation to post-launch.

You will partner with Ads, GBO, and other product areas to tailor enterprise-wide programs, communicate tradeoffs to executives, and help scale AI-powered advertising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in AI infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with data infrastructure.
• Experience with ads or customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the completion of interdependent programs across multiple teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across Ads and GBO to tailor strategic programs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Create comprehensive program charters, timelines and milestones, and contingency plans.
• Communicate tradeoffs to executives and engineers.
