Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of the organization’s largest and most ambiguous cross-org programs—spanning silicon, hardware, software platforms, and ML frameworks.
• Drive alignment and commitments across many teams, multiple orgs, and senior leaders; define mechanisms to keep complex programs on track.
• Own the critical path across deep hardware/software dependencies; anticipate risks and drive trade-offs to protect launches.
• Influence roadmap, architecture, and investment decisions through technical depth and broad perspective.
• Serve as the definitive source of truth on program health for senior leadership; frame risks and driving decisions.
• Raise the bar on program management across the org—establishing and scaling mechanisms, mentoring TPMs.
