Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Aufgaben

• Own end to end program delivery for Ads Agent internal, from planning through launch and ramp.
• Drive cross-team execution across FAIM and partner teams, manage dependencies and risks.
• Run the operating rhythm for the program: weekly status, goal tracking, and VP-level touchbases.
• Define and enforce launch readiness, quality gates, and go/no-go criteria.
• Build mechanisms to improve the agent over time with feedback loops and prioritized fixes.
• Coordinate with product to convert roadmap priorities into executable plans with milestones.
• Collaborate with support ops, legal, and policy for rollout and training.
• Contribute to technical discussions on architecture, tooling, and platform decisions.
• Write updates and narratives for senior audiences, including OP1 inputs and PRFAQs.
