Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced software engineer to drive ADAS integration across vehicle platforms. You will analyze requirements, design robust architectures, and implement state machines for advanced safety features, while collaborating with systems, validation, and controls teams.

The role requires 6+ years in software development, strong C/C++/Python skills, MATLAB/Simulink familiarity, and hands-on experience with embedded real-time environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in software development and software integration.
• Full-cycle software development for autonomous driving systems—from requirements to production.
• Strong skills in C/C++/Python and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automated test frameworks.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; comfortable with embedded real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system-level requirements and decompose into software tasks.
• Develop and maintain integration pipelines for ADAS software.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure for ADAS projects.
• Create robust software architectures for ADAS feature integration.
• Design state machines for ADAS features and validate via unit/SIL/HIL tests.
• Collaborate with systems, validation, and controls teams for seamless integration.
• Maintain documentation of design, requirements traceability, and test results.
