Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Behavior Planning Engineer to manage the software stack on our ADAS/Autonomous Driving team and develop planning and prediction solutions. You will analyze fleet and simulation data to extract critical scenarios and drive ML-based approaches to production.

The role requires strong C++ and Python skills, solid software design, and experience with large-scale data systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ and Python with 3+ years of academic/industry experience in data analysis and management libraries.
• Demonstrated expertise in software design principles, focusing on scalable data management systems.
• Understanding and exposure to non‑ML planning methods.
• Research ML-based planning and prediction solutions and bring them to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, engineer, test, release and launch cutting edge features for ADAS/Autonomous Driving.
• Conduct research to develop state-of-the-art ML-based planning and prediction solutions and take them to production.
