• Advanced experience in litigation claims management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims for bodily injury and property damage.
• Identify coverage issues and prepare letters with supervisory review.
• Assess liability and manage claims resolution within timelines.
• Coordinate vendor referrals for investigation and litigation.
• Attend arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
