Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Liability, Commercial Auto, or Trucking Liability claims experience.
• Experience handling transportation, commercial trucking, fleet, or motor carrier claims, including moderate-to-severe injury exposures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage general liability, commercial auto, and trucking claims including bodily injury and property damage exposures.
• Coordinate and direct independent adjusters, accident reconstruction experts, and other vendors while managing expenses.
• Analyze policy coverage and identify coverage concerns; prepare coverage position letters with counsel as needed.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation risk; manage case progress with defense counsel to drive favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation including reserves, coverage, and resolution strategies.
• Manage claim diaries and ensure service, compliance, and reporting requirements.
