Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management or product development experience in consumer goods.
• Proven track record managing long and short-term projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite; planning, analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Attention to detail; ability to define problems, collect data, determine root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, growth-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical development and execution from concept to mass production and shipping.
• Establish and monitor comprehensive project plans with tasks, milestones, resources and ship dates.
• Collaborate with global operations and Asia product managers to onboard factories and resolve issues.
• Identify risks and escalate red flags with defined resolution plans.
• Manage scope changes and expedite necessary approvals.
• Ensure item master is accurate with factory information, dimensions, and UPCs.
• Maintain all development and PM documents and prepare weekly leadership status reports.
• Support distribution process improvements to meet tight timelines.
