Comfrt is expanding its toy category and seeks a Senior Designer with 8–10+ years of experience in toy, plush, or character product design. The role involves transforming creative ideas into production-ready designs, partnering with overseas manufacturers, and delivering multiple projects on aggressive timelines.

The candidate will shape new product families, maintain design integrity, and ensure compliance with toy safety standards while balancing cost targets and brand identity.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional toy/character product design experience.
• Experience with established toy brands or consumer product companies.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and concept development for Comfrt’s expanding toy category.
• Own end-to-end design from concept to production-ready design.
• Create technical packages with measurements, materials, and specs for factories.
• Collaborate with domestic and overseas suppliers to drive development and samples.
• Stay connected to industry trends to inform product concepts.
