• Advanced Excel skills and planning software experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with urgency and data-driven communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly financial plans and forecasts aligned to department strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants to optimize sales and profit.
• Turn inventory efficiently and manage allocation for right channels.
• Oversee and direct allocation partners to meet members' expectations.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle profitability and markdown decisions when needed.
• Guide demand forecasts in planning systems and ensure order optimization.
