Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Climb towers and work on antenna systems safely.
• Experience with tower rigging, testing equipment, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on communications towers to install/repair antenna systems.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Lead a 4-person crew and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Perform RF and GPS testing and align antennas.
