Qualifications

Responsibilities

• In charge of the quality of the entire program and delivering an unforgettable experience to travelers.
• Deliver all information about the destination, program, and schedule.
• Understand travelers' expectations and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.
• Reconfirm every service with vendors.
• Represent Grand Circle to maintain cordial, formal relations with our partners.
• Listen to travelers' feedback and communicate with the Grand Circle Office.
