Qualifications

• Go beyond the touristy spots to connect travelers with locals.
• Knowledge (History, Everyday Life, Nature, Culture) of the destinations.
• Flexibility, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions for last-minute changes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the quality of the entire program and delivering an unforgettable experience to our travelers.
• Deliver all information about the destination/program/schedule.
• Understand travelers' expectations and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.
• Reconfirms every service with vendors.
• Represent Grand Circle Travel to keep cordial and formal relations with our partners.
• Listen to travelers' feedback, take notes, and communicate with the GCT Office.
