Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of its compensation and benefits programs. The role ensures market-competitive pay structures, effective incentive plans, and compliant health and welfare offerings across US and Canada.

The candidate will leverage market data, run pay equity analyses, manage annual cycles, and advise HR leadership on pay decisions for hires, promotions, and equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis and program administration.
• CCP or CEBS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Canadian or other global benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and administration of the annual compensation cycle, including salary structure design and maintenance, market pricing, merit planning, incentive administration, and pay equity reviews.
• Design, communicate, and maintain pay structures, job families, salary grades, and job architecture/leveling frameworks.
• Benchmark annual compensation budgets, merit matrices, and off-cycle adjustment guidelines to enterprise strategies.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve analysis and reporting.
• Advise managers and HR on pay decisions for new hires, promotions, transfers, and equity adjustments.
• Support the design and administration of the companywide short-term and sales incentive plans.
