Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation seeks an experienced Total Rewards leader to design, implement, and oversee compensation and benefits programs across its funeral home, cemetery, and corporate locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will manage market pricing, salary structures, and incentive plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost optimization. This role supports mergers, vendor management, and employee communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards administration.
• Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian businesses, including familiarity with differing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develops, administers, and maintains competitive compensation programs for multi-site locations.
• Conducts market pricing and benchmarking using industry surveys and labor data.
• Oversees annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes.
• Supports mergers, acquisitions integration and plan harmonization.
• Ensures compliance with state, provincial, and federal regulations and reporting.
