Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Data Analyst in Atlanta, GA to conduct research and advanced data analysis informing compensation, benefits, shareholder, and incentive strategies. You will partner with business partners, Sr AOE Leads, and key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and governance of analytics processes.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, data analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with advanced data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience with human resource information systems preferred.
• Experience in research design or program evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets compensation, benefits, and workforce data to generate actionable insights that inform Total Rewards strategies and initiatives.
• Develops measurement frameworks and conducts ROI and effectiveness evaluations across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance, and succession programs.
• Performs comprehensive pay equity and demographic analyses, presents findings, and develops data-driven recommendations to address identified disparities.
• Integrates Total Rewards data with broader People Practices data to identify workforce trends and at-risk employee segments.
• Develops dashboards and predictive models to forecast compensation trends, benefits utilization, and workforce outcomes, transitioning from standard reporting to advanced analytics.
• Supports the design, implementation, and improvement of Centers of Excellence tools, templates, methodologies, and governance standards to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborates with Sr AOE Leads and stakeholders to provide analytical guidance, support change management efforts, respond to inquiries, and contribute to knowledge management documentation.

Job Summary

Conducts research and advanced data analysis to inform enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, shareholder, and incentive strategies. Partners with business partners team, Sr AOE Leads, and key stakeholders to support data-driven and evidence-based decision-making. Develops measurement frameworks and evaluates program effectiveness across Total Rewards initiatives. Ensures data governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of analytics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets compensation, benefits, and workforce data to generate actionable insights that inform Total Rewards strategies and initiatives.
• Develops measurement frameworks and conducts return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness evaluations across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance, and succession programs.
• Performs comprehensive pay equity and demographic analyses, presents findings, and develops data-driven recommendations to address identified disparities.
• Integrates Total Rewards data, including compensation, benefits utilization, and promotion cycles, with broader People Practices data to identify workforce trends and at-risk employee segments.
• Develops dashboards and predictive models to forecast compensation trends, benefits utilization, and workforce outcomes, transitioning from standard reporting to advanced analytics.
• Supports the design, implementation, and improvement of Centers of Excellence tools, templates, methodologies, and governance standards to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborates with Sr AOE Leads and stakeholders to provide analytical guidance, support change management efforts, respond to inquiries, and contribute to knowledge management documentation.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, data analytics, or a related field required.

Work Experience

• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, analytics, or a related field required.
• Experience with advanced data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheet modeling required.
• Experience with human resource information systems preferred.
• Experience in research design or program evaluation preferred.
