Qualifications

3+ years of compensation experience combining base pay and/or incentive/variable pay.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and HRIS/Payroll proficiency.
Knowledge of total rewards principles, global compensation strategies, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

Price and level job roles; maintain job architecture and salary bands.
Support external benchmarking, salary surveys, and market trend analyses.
Conduct internal equity analyses and advise on offers, promotions, and retention.
Administer incentive pay processes and ensure plan compliance.
Develop annual rewards planning and analytics; present insights to leadership.
