Job summary

You will develop long-range plans for affordable tooling products and services, identify staffing needs, and oversee CAM responsibility to EVMS compliant budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years tooling/manufacturing experience or higher degrees with commensurate experience.
• 3 years of proven experience leading teams or projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the final adjudicated Secret Clearance within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exempt Tooling Managers including Metrology, Tool & Die, and Engineering disciplines.
• Provide oversight to a 50-person team to meet quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop long-range plans and strategies to provide affordable Tooling products and services.
• Identify staffing/skills requirements, forecasts, and training plans.
• Hold CAM responsibility to tooling budgets with EVMS compliance.
• Collaborate to deploy best practices across the sector.
