Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Tooling Engineer – Terminal Division to drive tooling improvements, reduce downtime, and ensure the highest quality parts for our Milwaukee operations. You will manage tooling method development, coordinate new equipment installations, and support APQP tasks for new products and changes.

A BS in Engineering with 3+ years in tooling and 3D CAD is required; US work eligibility is essential. This role is onsite in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years tooling engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of 3D CAD software experience.
• U.S. work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tooling methods for high quality, low cost and optimum capacity.
• Provide tooling engineering support across product lines and lead APQP tasks.
• Coordinate quotation, purchasing, and installation of new equipment and processes.
• Guide design/manufacturing concepts to maximize manufacturability.
• Lead training for production on setup, processes, and troubleshooting.
