Qualifications

• Engineering degree required from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent engineering technology degree.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience launching new equipment and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to ensure tooling and equipment are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specs.
• Solve tooling and process issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety in process design and daily activities.
• Maintain tooling documentation, spares, quotes and budgets.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across teams.
• Demonstrate data-driven analysis to improve tool life, quality, and cost.
