Lockheed Martin seeks a Tooling Architect - Level 5 to drive the enterprise tooling strategy within Production Engineering, championing future-state tooling vision and digital transformation alignment.

You will lead cross-functional programs, set standards, and guide teams in applying MBE principles to tooling solutions, while staying current on new tools and participating in DX initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-year projects on schedule.
• Background in aircraft tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and own the tooling strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Establish Communities of Practice spanning programs and functions.
• Act as SME for tooling processes and design future-state standards.
• Guide capability teams in applying MBE principles to tooling.
• Stay current on tooling tech and integrate tooling into MES and DX initiatives.
