Job summary

Vibehackers seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex tool install design projects in semiconductor fab environments. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams from equipment specs through commissioning and handover.

You will mentor other PMs, enforce EHS and cleanroom standards, and leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize delivery and risk management. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of project management experience on advanced technology projects.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Ability to lead cross-cultural, multi-time-zone teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Field verifications and site walks in industrial environments.
• Use of AI-enabled tools from day one to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and manage scope, schedule, and budget for design packages.
• Lead end-to-end tool install projects from equipment specs to commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage detailed tool installation schedules to meet milestones.
• Liaise between design teams, contractors, and client tool owners to resolve issues.
• Control budgets, manage change orders, and align procurement with sequencing.
• Enforce EHS standards and cleanroom protocols to protect facility integrity.
• Mitigate risks related to utility capacity, seismic bracing, and vibration isolation.
• Follow change management procedures for project changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
• Mentor and train other Project Managers on complex design challenges.
