Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tool Install Associate Design Lead to support development of tool installation design packages for leading semiconductor clients.

You will work with Design Leads, engineers, and designers to coordinate multidisciplinary efforts across mechanical, process, electrical, and controls systems. This role offers exposure to advanced manufacturing projects, on-the-job leadership development, mentoring, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field required
• Entry-level position; recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop tool installation construction documents meeting project requirements and client standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities with Design Leads and stakeholders.
• Deliver design packages within scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks to objectives.
• Support scope management and change orders as requirements evolve.
• Review project budgets and forecasts with Project Controls.
• Facilitate design review meetings and document outcomes.
• Learn semiconductor factory operations during field walks.
• Track open design and construction issues and drive resolutions.
• Build strong client and partner relationships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Pursue personal development through mentoring and hands-on experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
