Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our Infra Innovation Ops team. The role coordinates negotiations of contractor agreements across FS, Procurement, and vendors on-site in Austin.

You'll maintain contract registers, track milestones, and support procurement, vendor onboarding, and contract close-out, while safeguarding records for dispute resolution. Candidates should have 5+ years contract-management experience, with high-value (> $10M) contracts, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 3+ years in a project management role.
• 5+ years direct contract-management experience in semiconductor/high‑tech infrastructure.
• At least 2 years negotiating high‑value service contracts (> $10M).
• Proven cost-saving or risk-mitigation through contract negotiations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Align commercial terms across Facility Services, Procurement, and vendors; lead negotiations.
• Collect and analyze FS input for RFPs and hand off to Procurement.
• Maintain a master contract register with amendments and key clauses.
• Coordinate drafting, review, and execution of contract modifications.
• Track obligations, milestones, notices, and expiration dates; issue alerts.
• Preserve documentation for claim avoidance and dispute resolution; work with Legal.
• Manage contractor onboarding and contract close-out activities; capture performance metrics.
• Oversee vendor registration, data accuracy, and KPI dashboards.
