Job summary

Rotork seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation and the consolidation of manufacturing operations from Milwaukee to Rochester. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing/facility consolidations or large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM design, planning, and execution for future-state manufacturing.
• Oversee consolidation of Milwaukee to Rochester with operational readiness and continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and HSE.
