Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing scope, schedule, and budget for toll pricing/traffic & revenue related projects.
• Leading and managing transportation toll projects for traditional toll roads and express lanes.
• Managing technical staff performance on assigned projects.
• Providing Quality Control/Quality Assurance for key deliverables and assisting on projects managed by others.
• Delivering tolling/traffic & revenue projects for existing clients.
• Supporting feasibility assessments.
• Interfacing with transportation agencies related to tolling and pricing.
• Conducting business development efforts by cultivating new client relationships.
• Attending local and national conferences and participating in professional tolling organizations to elevate visibility of CDM Smith.
• Assisting in mentoring staff and expanding our transportation practice in the Eastern U.S. market.
