Job summary

CDM Smith in the U.S. Northeast invites a Senior Project Manager to join the North Transportation Group. You will oversee toll pricing, traffic and revenue projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor staff across disciplines.

You will lead business development efforts, interface with transportation agencies, and deliver high-impact solutions for toll facilities in the mid-Atlantic region. Hybrid work options in Edison, NJ area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing scope, schedule, and budget for toll pricing/traffic & revenue related projects.
• Leading and managing transportation toll projects for traditional toll roads and express lanes.
• Managing technical staff performance on assigned projects.
• Providing Quality Control/Quality Assurance for key deliverables related to the projects you manage and assistance on projects managed by others.
• Delivering tolling/traffic & revenue projects for our existing clients.
• Supporting feasibility assessments.
• Interfacing and conducting meetings with transportation agencies related to tolling and pricing.
• Conducting business development efforts by cultivating new client relationships.
• Attending local and national conferences and participating in professional tolling organizations to elevate the visibility of CDM Smith.
• Assisting in mentoring staff, guide R&D initiatives and helping expand our transportation practice in the Eastern U.S. market
