Job summary

CDM Smith currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager within our North Transportation Group. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget for toll pricing, traffic and revenue related projects in the mid-Atlantic region.

The role includes business development and proposal writing, with hybrid work options in Edison, NJ, Wayne, PA or Philadelphia, PA. We seek a candidate with at least 10 years of experience and PM certifications (PMP/CCM/DBIA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP/CCM/DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing scope, schedule, and budget for toll pricing/traffic & revenue related projects.
• Leading and managing transportation toll projects for traditional toll roads and express lanes.
• Managing technical staff performance on assigned projects.
• Providing Quality Control/Quality Assurance for key deliverables.
• Delivering tolling/traffic & revenue projects for existing clients.
• Supporting feasibility assessments.
• Interfacing with transportation agencies related to tolling and pricing.
• Conducting business development efforts by cultivating new client relationships.
• Attending conferences and participating in tolling organizations to elevate visibility.
• Mentoring staff and expanding the transportation practice in the Eastern U.S. market.
