Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment in Winchester, Virginia is seeking an ambitious Senior to Associate Town Planner to join a respected independent planning consultancy. You will lead planning projects from inception to delivery, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth.

This role requires RTPI Chartered status and broad planning consultancy experience. You will work on residential, commercial, leisure, energy and heritage schemes, with a strong client focus, commercial awareness,

Qualifications

• RTPI Chartered status is required.
• Experience in planning consultancy across multiple sectors preferred.
• Proactive, commercially minded with strong communication skills.
