The role

You’ll be working closely with senior leaders and project teams to deliver thoughtful planning and design solutions across a variety of projects - ranging in both scale and complexity.

Day-to-day, that might include:

• Leading and contributing to planning and design work from early concepts through to delivery
• Reviewing and coordinating submissions such as rezoning, site plans, and broader planning applications
• Carrying out research and analysis to inform design and planning strategies
• Producing plans, graphics, and presentation materials (both hand-drawn and digital)
• Preparing reports and presenting findings to internal teams, stakeholders, and external boards
• Supporting the delivery of detailed construction documentation for development projects
• Coordinating with wider teams, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
