Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience for GS-12 level.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on CBP real property matters, including title review for land acquisitions.
• Draft land conveyancing instruments (deeds, agreements, assignments) to comply with regulations.
• Support DOJ as agency counsel in civil actions (FOIA, FTCA) with litigation docs and eDiscovery.
• Perform legal research across CBP portfolios on title review, land acquisition, and fiscal laws.
• Develop and deliver training to CBP managers on title review and federal land acquisition.
