Qualifications

• Experience leading title operations, document processing, or another detail-intensive operational function.
• Knowledge of vehicle title processes and state-specific title requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience developing workflows, procedures, reporting, and process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail when handling sensitive and business-critical documents.
• Ability to build effective relationships with dealerships, vendors, government entities, and company leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Title Operations: manage daily title processes, review and handle sensitive documents, and track shipments to dealerships and partners.
• Improve Processes and Resolve Issues: identify title-related issues, collaborate with internal and external partners, update title software as needed.
• Lead and Develop the Team: coach and mentor title associates; manage performance, workload, and training materials.
• Build Strong Business Partnerships: communicate with dealerships, partners, and leadership to support title operations.
• Oversee Reporting, Compliance, and Controls: develop reports, conduct audits, monitor regulatory changes, and maintain compliance.
