Job summary

Neighbors Title in Orlando, FL, seeks a senior Title/Escrow professional to lead transactions from contract through closing for real estate investors. You will manage wholesale, assignment, investor, and simultaneous closing deals, build relationships with buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders, and mentor teammates while improving processes and client experience.

You Won't Be Doing It Alone

You’ll work alongside a support team assisting with post-closing, bookkeeping, administrative responsibilities, and transaction support, allowing you to focus on leading transactions, solving problems, serving clients, and improving the operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of title or escrow experience

Compensation

• Base salary of $60,000-$75,000, based on experience
• Bonus incentives tied to performance and company growth
