Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of right-of-way title research experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pull tax cards from courthouses and online to determine ownership.
• Locate source deeds and vesting deeds and compare them to tax cards for discrepancies.
• Perform onsite and/or online research for Vesting and/or Marketable Title.
• Assemble title files according to project protocols.
• Post and archive title files according to project procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor on how work impacts project scope and deliverables.
• Work unsupervised in various roles and, if needed, specialize in a related area.
