Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to prepare for more advanced roles. You will operate tire machines and balancers, complete work orders, and help keep the shop safe and organized.

Ideal candidates are service-oriented, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and available to work Saturdays. Growth opportunities include defined career paths and paid hands-on learning.”

Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
