Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in complex physical systems.
• Experience in experimentation, modeling, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with computational modeling, data analytics, AI/ML, and digital engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Tin Management architecture and technology roadmap.
• Shape experimental strategies for research test rigs and learning plans.
• Define modeling, simulation, AI, and data capabilities for Tin Management decisions.
