Qualifications

• Timeshare sales/marketing experience required.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to interact with customers and salespeople.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Marketing Team: hire, train, assign work, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain site marketing conversion according to standards.
• Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, and coding.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales on tour flow.
• Submit payroll in a timely manner and prepare reports.
