Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced marketing leader to directly manage the Marketing Team, interview, hire, train, and direct staff, and oversee performance reviews.

The role interfaces with Sales to optimize tour seats and marketing programs, ensuring timely dissemination of information and efficient payroll processes. The ideal candidate has timeshare sales/marketing experience, at least 2 years of supervisory work, and flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends, and

Qualifikationen

• Timeshare experience in sales and marketing is required.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred or 2 years timeshare equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Direct management of Marketing Team: interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; performance reviews; motivate and reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and flow; disseminate information related to Marketing/Concierge timely.
• Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
• Submit employee payroll in a timely manner.
• Prepare additional reports deemed necessary by management.
