Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Time Project Services- Sr. Implementation Consultant to lead successful implementations of Time services for existing clients. You will analyze client systems, tailor configurations, and partner with teams to deliver effective time management solutions and training.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, maintain professional client relationships, and drive innovations to maximize client value and satisfaction in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years experience with support or configuration for ADP eTime/Workforce Manager or Workforce Software/Suite, or UKG options.
• You leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
• You recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate.
• You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking in new implementation situations.
• You have excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
